Please READ CAREFULLY
PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE ORDER. Pre Orders require additional shipping time.
All CUSTOM work will require a 50% deposit of your total painting(s) cost up front, and the remainder balance will be due upon completion. Custom work (if approved, will take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for completion, unless otherwise stated) NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM WORK.
To place a custom order please email [email protected] for pricing and a description of what you would like to have done.
Once a painting has been purchased/(OR custom work has been completed and payment made in full): PLEASE ALLOW at *least* 7-10 days FOR YOUR PAINTING TO BE PROCESSED, WRAPPED AND SHIPPED OUT. (Sometimes they are sent out sooner).
UNPAID invoices (if you have one) will be cancelled out within 24 hours.
Please allow 10-15 days to recieve Canvas Print orders. Canvas Prints are shipped directly from the supplier overseas. In rare instances there might be a slight delay due to the Custom Clearing Process. Please feel free to reach out for any questions you might have.
No refunds on Canvas Prints because they are printed custom per order. However if there is an issue please feel free to reach out and I will be happy to look into it for you.
